TouchID represents the latest addition to CREALOGIX's security solutions for Mobile Banking. Most Apple products, and some launched by Samsung, support fingerprint identification. CREALOGIX has taken up this idea and presented an e-banking version for its customers.
Customers have a new option when they log in to Mobile Banking using the CLX.PortalApp. They can choose between a username and password combination or the secure, convenient TouchID. With TouchID, they do not even have to remember a password to access CREALOGIX's mobile portal solution. The login process is faster without compromising security. Various Apple and Samsung devices that come with fingerprint sensors are being supported. In addition, TouchID puts the full range of Mobile Banking functions at customers' fingertips: from viewing accounts and summaries to issuing payment instructions and entering stock market orders to contacting client advisors. CREALOGIX Mobile Banking offers a wide range of features that every bank can extend.
TouchID retains the secure two-step authentication procedure. It simply replaces the first step in which customers enter their username and password.
